This month we surveyed 130 patients to find out how they prefer to order repeat routine prescriptions. We wanted to find out just how much Australians prefer ordering prescriptions online without the need for in-person consultations. Here are the results.
1. Do you have a repeat script that you need renewed periodically by your GP?
2. If yes, how do you currently request a repeat script from your practice?
3. If your practice had the option to order repeat prescriptions online and not have to visit the clinic in person, would you use this service?
4. If yes, would you pay $20 to have it renewed, if it meant not having to make an in-person appointment?
