If you’re a Core Practice customer, you can go to the add-on section in your Core Practice account where you can add HotDoc.
After adding HotDoc in your Core Practice account, you can initiate the connection in the Setup > Install HotDoc section of your HotDoc Dashboard.
No, we don’t want to artificially inflate our bookings numbers or compete with your own Google advertising by bidding on your practice’s search terms. New patients through HotDoc are genuine patients who found your practice through our platform.
We do not have third party advertising on our website. Patient trust is extremely important to not only our own platform, but the practices that decide to list with us. Running advertisements on our website can be seen as a breach of that trust.

The main functionality is the same. Patients can see your availability and directly book in your calendar. However, there are a couple of small differences between each Practice Management Software and the best way to understand the difference is to speak to the HotDoc team or your Practice Management Software’s Support team.
