Special Opening Hours
We’ve added a new section to your practice profile to create special opening hours. After you set them up in the Dashboard, we’ll display them on your profile on the HotDoc website and app. Remember, you’ll still need to adjust your schedules in your clinical software or use the Hide Sessions feature to make sure patients don’t book while you’re closed.
We’ve been making improvements to the accessibility of the HotDoc website, app and booking widget. The changes make it easier for vision-impaired patients to book, including those who use screen readers. We’ll continue to make improvements to ensure that booking an appointment on HotDoc is as easy and seamless as possible whether a patient has a disability or not.
You may have noticed that you can now add user accounts for your staff in the Dashboard. Click on Setup > User Accounts to review your current accounts and add new users. You can also edit the access level of existing accounts or remove those no longer in use. We recommend you check these settings regularly to ensure you’re aware who has access to your clinic’s HotDoc account.
