No. HotDoc doesn’t charge fees for new patients. You’ll pay a flat rate of $99 per site/month for one full time practitioner, and then $50/month for each additional full-time practitioner, and $25/month for each additional part-time practitioner.

Yes. Unlimited SMS are included for Appointment Reminders and Recalls. Broadcast SMS cost $0.04c each
