No, we use a platform called ON24 to host our webinars. ON24 is a web based platform and you not be required to download any software to your computer or phone. You will only need a steady internet connection to watch the LIVE webinar or view the recording.
Yes, it counts from when you watch the webinar, not only when it was originally aired.
You can find a link to download a fillable template on the recording page, directly below the video.
Yes, if you want to watch the recording after the live session, please register and we’ll send you an email the moment the recording is published.
If you are attending LIVE, you can access your CPD certificate after 40 minutes of viewing the webinar either from the Gain Certification button or by downloading the fillable template from Related Content.
If you’re watching a recording of the webinar, you can find a link to download a fillable template on the recording page, directly below the video.
Yes, if you are attending LIVE you can access/ download the slides by clicking the “slides” link in the related content section of the webinar platform in your console at the bottom of your screen. If you are watching the recording, a link to download the slides will sit directly below the recording video.
No. Only one registration is allowed per email address.
Once you have registered please allow a few minutes for a confirmation email to reach your inbox. If you haven’t received it, please check your junk inbox. If you still haven’t received it, please email [email protected] and we will assist you.
If you share an email address with colleagues and watch the webinar together, we find it helpful to have one person in charge of administering all attendees their certificates. This saves multiple people needing to enter their details with the same email address to access the certificate template.
CPD certificates are self administered. Once you register to a webinar you will receive all correspondence relating to the webinar. Approximately 5 business days after the air date, when the recording, slides and CPD certificate is ready for you to access, you will receive a link to webinar page where you will need to enter the details you registered with to access them.
Absolutely you can. The best way to reach out to our presenters is via our community, For the Love of Healthcare. All presenters are members and host a “Hot Topic” conversation directly after the webinar for anyone to post further questions. This conversation can be continued at anytime. Absolutely you can! In fact, we encourage it. All you need to do is send them the link to the webinar page or if you received an invite to register via email simply forward them the email. Alternatively they can sign up to our newsletter to receive all HotDoc news which includes all our webinars.
