If you are attending LIVE, you can access your CPD certificate at the 45min mark of the webinar. The CPD certificate link will also be linked when the recording is sent out. If you’re watching the recording on our website, the link to access your certificate is directly below the recording video.
Yes, if you are attending LIVE you can access/ download the slides by clicking the “slides” link in the related content section of the webinar platform in your console at the bottom of your screen. If you are watching the recording, a link to download the slides will sit directly below the recording video.

Once you have registered please allow a few minutes for a confirmation email to reach your inbox. If you haven’t received it, please check your junk inbox. If you still haven’t received it, please email [email protected] and we will assist you.
If you share an email address with colleagues and watch the webinar together, we find it helpful to have one person in charge of administering all attendees their certificates. This saves multiple people needing to enter their details with the same email address to access the certificate template.
CPD certificates are self administered. Once you register to a webinar you will receive all correspondence relating to the webinar. Approximately 5 business days after the air date, when the recording, slides and CPD certificate is ready for you to access, you will receive a link to webinar page where you will need to enter the details you registered with to access them.

All presenters are members and host a “Hot Topic” conversation directly after the webinar for anyone to post further questions. This conversation can be continued at anytime.
