We’re excited to announce that we’ve partnered with the Australian Association of Practice Management (AAPM) — Australia’s largest professional body for healthcare practice management.
The partnership aims to combine the tools and resources available through HotDoc and the AAPM to provide members of both platforms with greater access to the support practice managers need to grow their practices and develop their careers.
With over 2,300 practice managers being members of the AAPM and 1,600 practice managers utilising the HotDoc platform, Dr Ben Hurst, HotDoc’s CEO, shared that he envisions the partnership giving practice managers more tools they can use to improve the patient experience and result in better patient outcomes.
Ben explained, “The AAPM provides an exceptional library of resources, and many great programs and awards that support practice managers. We’re excited to see what additional value the partnership can provide to practice managers in Australia”.
