HotDoc calculates your monthly rate based on the number of active Doctors and Allied Health practitioners on the platform.
Our subscription rate of $85.30 for Doctors and $36.85 for Allied Health applies to practitioners who have been active on at least Online Bookings, Appointment Reminders or Recalls in your monthly billing cycle.
While only practitioners using these features are counted towards your overall subscription cost, you also have complete access to the full suite of features that HotDoc has to offer, as well as extras such as our award-winning customer service and HotDoc Academy.
HotDoc’s subscription rate is applicable to all active practitioners regardless of hours worked. Our rates take into variations in hours worked without setting higher rates for practitioners that choose to work full-time hours.
No. HotDoc doesn’t charge fees for new patients. You’ll pay a flat rate of $85.30 per practitioner/month which includes unlimited new patients at no additional cost.
Yes. Unlimited SMS are included for Reminders, Recalls and Forms. SMS for Reviews are capped at 400 per practice/month.
HotDoc integrates seamlessly with Best Practice, ZedMed and Medical Director.

Our support team are available on the phone or via email, plus we have comprehensive online guides, as well the HotDoc Academy featuring self-guided interactive training modules for all practice staff.
Of course. We have no lock in contracts and no minimum time periods. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Customers using Helix have access to a smaller pool of features than those using Best Practice, Medical Director or Zedmed.
